2EASY is passionate about the environment, giving back to the community and teaching young people new skills.
We are proud to be working with a local community garden that promotes organic and sustainable gardening practices for the benefit, enjoyment and education of it's members.
“If we can encourage young people to have fun, learn a new skill and have a positive impact on the environment at the same time that's something we can really be proud of". - Tara
Studies have shown that gardening can also have many benefits for people living with a disability. Some of the benefits include: - Social skills
- Increased confidence through developing new skills
- Wellbeing including reducing stress levels - Physical ability through improved motor skills - Knowledge and nutrition - an opportunity to learn about healthy food
